There are many businesses in Yunlin County. In order to control the discharge of the business effectively and review and manage application documents at the source, my team plan and inspection through to handle this project, review the permit documents of sewage treatment facilities and the regular inspection application materials to comply with laws and regulations and be reasonable, to realize the wastewater facilities in compliance with the application documents. For major pollution causes in Yunlin County, perform functional evaluation of wastewater treatment facilities, check wastewater treatment facilities, permits and application materials, evaluate the rationality of the facilities and provide suggestions for amendments, to comply with legal requirements and required regulations. In addition to improving water quality through inspection methods, also related activities such as legal briefings of water pollution, education, and training, etc. to strengthen the concept of laws and regulations. In addition, this plan assists agencies in organizing river pollution remediation team meetings and implementing various river pollution emergency response tasks to prevent rivers from being seriously polluted. Until March 8, 2021, this project received and handled 375 application permits (documents) for applications, extensions, and case changes. 1,017 case reviews have been completed with a completion rate of 100%. The inspection and sampling operation should be done 400 times individually. As a result, 500 inspections and 405 sampling operations have been completed. 26 CWMS inspections have been completed, with 52 permit inspections. Sealing operations of the unexplained pipeline have been sealed and removed for 12 already. 4 inspections by technicians were done in early 2020, and Sampling operations in the industrial area and the No. 6 Naphtha Cracker complex were completed in accordance with the contract period. In addition, 5 decree promotion conferences were completed on November 9, 2020, 6 press conferences on the outcomes of this project were completed before December 23, 2020, and 2 educational training for business division colleagues were completed on December 29, 2020. The rest of the work items and assignments have been completed under the contract requirements.
